1: Rated current.

The rated current is also known as the social work quality standard voltage, and the key issue lies in the insulating layer material and contact pair spacing used in the Chinese aviation plug. When some components or machine learning devices are less than the rated current, they are very likely to fail to perform the important role that the enterprise should play. In fact, the current rating of the aviation plug should be interpreted as the manufacturer’s highly recommended maximum-effort working environment standard voltage. The editor prefers to select the rated current in an effective way based on the compressive (resistance compressive strength) index value of my country’s aviation sockets, application research conditions and safety management level regulations. 2: Rated voltage.

The rated voltage is also called the current in operation. As with the rated current, aerospace receptacles can usually work fine with less than the rated voltage. The rated voltage is achieved according to the thermal design of the aviation socket, as the contact pair heats up when the amount of contact current is passed due to the electrical conductor resistor and loop resistance. When heated beyond a certain positive limit, the insulating layer of the aviation socket will be destroyed, and the surface coating will soften to the touch, leading to common failures. Therefore, in order to better limit the fixed voltage, in practice, the temperature rise of the internal structure of the limited aviation socket does not exceed the standard value of the design scheme. Special attention should be paid to the selection of aircraft soft copper sockets, and the rated voltage must be reduced. The large current of the aviation socket should be paid enough attention. If the 3.5mm contact is suitable, its rated voltage is 50A, while the 5-core application is 33%, that is, the rated voltage of each core is only 38A. 3: Loop resistance.

Loop resistance is the resistance that occurs when both types of conductors touch a portion of the conductor. There are two things to keep in mind when choosing. First of all, the index value of the loop resistance of the aviation socket is actually the contact resistance, including the loop resistance and the contact conductor resistance. Usually the conductor resistance is very small, so the contact pair resistance is called loop resistance in many technical standards. Secondly, when connecting to the small data signal in the control circuit, you should pay attention to which standard loop resistance index value is detected. Since the air oxide layer, oil pollution or other pollutants are attached to the contact surface layer, the two contact surfaces will cause film resistance. When the film thickness increases, the resistance rises rapidly, that is, the film is in a quasi-steady state. However, under high contact stress or high voltage, high current conditions, thin films can cause penetration of mechanical devices. Some small to medium RF connectors have very low contact stress and are only used in ma and mv class applications. In order to avoid the penetration of the insulating layer to the AC contactor, the maximum DC or AC value of the lead potential difference in the detection power supply circuit should not exceed 20mv, and the DC or AC experimental current should not exceed 100ma. In fact, this is also a low frequency circuit resistance test standard. Therefore, the selector selects the aviation socket according to the resistance index value of the low-frequency circuit.

4: Shield sex

In contemporary electrical equipment and electronics, the relative density of electronic devices and the associated increase in functionality severely limit interfering signals. Therefore, aviation sockets are usually sealed with plastic housings to avoid electromagnetic radiation from the internal structure or the influence of external magnetic fields. At low frequencies, only permanent magnet materials can significantly block electromagnetic fields.
